Maintenance of valves

In our own workshop:
We are equipped to perform any maintenance or repair of all valves we sell, with a large range of the most common parts that may be needed in the valves and air valves.

We can also do transformations and modifications to adapt to the customer’s new needs: this flexibility combined with the quality of the manufacturing guarantees a long life for any model purchased. There are valves that are installed over 30 years of operation.

In the installation of the customer:
We have a maintenance team with technicians likely to travel to perform repair operations, maintenance and cleaning on all valves that the company sells.

Call center:
We give instant answers to most calls with questions from our customers with problems on site, or even make telephone maintenance giving instructions to his workers for cleaning and regulation of valves installed there.

Helping to design and size the correct valve:

To determine the type of valve and its optimum diameter for projects and facilities.

To design the special features to put to the basic valve for the additional functions that the customer needs as remote monitoring, potentiometers and limit switches, combination of several hydraulic pilots, different outlet pressures (day / night with programmable time change), introducing electrical and / or combining with electric hydraulic functions for maximum valve performance.

Help for Different Water hammer calculations:

We can calculate the water hammer and propose different solutions using proven software and especially the program Surge 2000 (method of characteristics) from Kypipes.

Location and sizing of air valves:
We study in detail the characteristics of the pipe layout to locate and size the type of air valve. There is a range of over 40 models for applications of clean water and wastewater, all adapted to the particularities of each point on pressure and pressure air release orifice.

Presentations and Training Courses

In our facilities we offer training courses for users of automatic control valves, in design and maintenance. We can present, explain and test our material in our test bench. In special cases, we can give a presentation or training courses at the offices or facilities of the customer.

New Installations: Supervision and Start-ups

We are available to verify the correct assembly of the pieces before the end of the work. If the client requires it, we can send a technician or engineer to start the installation.
